I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Nightmare Realm LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any program. Do not attend this attraction if you have not read all of our warning signs in advance. Do not attend our attractions if you have preexisting medical conditions such as asthma, heart conditions, not physically fit, prone to seizers, or any type of repertory condition. Customers should wear face masks, wash their hands and NOT attend our attraction if you're suffering for a fever or flu like symptoms. This attraction uses fog and strobe lights. If you have broken bones, prone to dizziness, expectant mothers, high blood pressure, or have any type of mental disorder such as claustrophobia do not attend.

You will experience rough terrain, sudden noises, moving floors, fog, strobe lights, jarring actions, dramatic tilting. You must be able to walk long distances. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. BASIC INFOMRATION BEFORE ENTERING THE ATTRACTION

This attraction reserves the right to refuse anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions and overall physically demanding environments. You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer from any type of mental disease including claustrophobia. DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated or taking medications or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff. DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally, there is no touching of actors, customers or props inside the attraction. NO video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and you asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent corporations, affiliates, offices, directors and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.
