Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.

attending this attraction, and waives all rights to lay claim for
damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before,
during, or after the attraction.

Arrival:
Please do not arrive more than15 minutes before your time slot. Please note that the time listed on your ticket is when you will be entering the queue area, not when you will be entering the attraction.
